Foot-and-mouth disease: Compensation payments already made
Head of Veterinary Services Christodoulis Pipis explains that all eligible livestock breeders have already been compensated for animal losses from foot-and-mouth disease. A livestock representative had previously claimed that four breeders have outstanding payments and three have already been paid. The resumption of livestock farming is planned for the end of September.
