Foot-and-mouth disease detected in 7 additional livestock herds
The Ministry of Agriculture reports seven new positive cases of foot-and-mouth disease in sheep and goat herds: three in Geri, two in Dromolaxia Menou, and one each in Kiti and Athienou. Approximately 2,610 animals are involved in the affected units. This demonstrates the further spread of the animal disease in the infected areas.
