Foreclosures: President to Decide on Parliamentary Legislative Proposals
Parliament passed legislative drafts aimed at freezing foreclosures of primary residences until the end of the year. However, these measures have not yet come into force, as the President must first sign them. The actual implementation of changes for borrowers and guarantors depends on presidential approval.
