Foreign buyers acquire over 7,200 properties in Cyprus
Foreign property purchases in Cyprus rose 16 percent in 2025 to 7,255 properties, accounting for 28 percent of all property sales in the country. This shows significant growth compared to 2024, when foreign buyers acquired 6,228 properties. The data comes from PwC Cyprus.
