Foreign Minister Konstantinos Kombos criticized UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for failing to present a strategic negotiation framework on the Cyprus question so far. According to Kombos, such a step could "set dramatic developments in motion". He simultaneously rejected accusations that the peace process has stalled.
