Forest fire in Oikos Marathasas triggered by birds on power lines
A forest fire in Oikos Marathasas on Monday morning around 7:00 was quickly brought under control after a resident used the community fire protection system. The fire destroyed a small area with low wild vegetation and was attributed by the forestry authority to birds that flew into power lines.
