Forest fires in Cyprus: fire teams under pressure
Cypriot fire and forestry teams are fighting numerous fires under difficult conditions, particularly in hard-to-reach and forested areas. In recent days, they have managed to prevent the spread of dozens of fires. A report on the fire in Kalo Chorio from July 27, which was triggered by a military exercise and threatened the communities of Agia Anna and Psevda, will be submitted to the Defense Minister.
