Forest fires in France threaten wildlife and ecosystems
Large forest fires in France are causing irreparable losses to wildlife and ecosystems. West of Bordeaux, approximately 42,000 hectares of forest have been destroyed since Wednesday, and authorities warn that an expected new heat wave could worsen the situation.
