Forest Fires in Nicosia District Near Androlykos
A forest fire broke out in the Byzakia region south of the municipality of Androlykos in Nicosia province. Authorities deployed three fire trucks with forestry officers and specialized forest fire extinguishers, supported by two helicopters for water drops to combat the fire in crop and wildweed vegetation.
