Former civil defense chief Papá defends her bunker policy
The former head of civil defense, Maria Papá, published a list of her measures regarding shelters during her tenure. She was transferred to the audit service after the drone attack on the British base Akrotiri on March 1, following the exposure of chronic weaknesses in civil defense.
