Former Qatari Prime Minister Purchases Luxury Villa Certosa
Former Prime Minister of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani has acquired the legendary Villa Certosa, formerly owned by Silvio Berlusconi, for 395 million dollars. The property is to be converted into a luxury hotel complex and features seven swimming pools and an atomic bunker-safe shelter.
