Former Snooker World Champion Convicted of Child Abuse
Former snooker world champion Graeme Dott was sentenced to seven years in prison. The 49-year-old Scotsman was convicted on Tuesday before the Supreme Court in Edinburgh by Judge Lord Harrower on historical charges of child abuse. This followed a five-day trial in August in which a jury found him guilty.
