Four ERA Department Store Chains Acquired for Symbolic One Euro
The company Gencom Ltd acquired four ERA department stores in Cyprus for nominally one euro. The acquisition also included lease agreements, employees, and outstanding supplier debts worth approximately 4.5 million euros. A detailed competition decision was published in the official gazette.
