Fragmented parliament no threat to democracy
Less than two months before parliamentary elections, concerns are being raised about the possible fragmentation of the new parliament. According to surveys, up to nine parties could win seats. The article argues that a fragmented parliament in a parliamentary democracy does not necessarily have to be problematic.
