France to Extradite Lithuanian National for Property Theft in Occupied Territory
The Court of Appeal in Aix-en-Provence in France ruled on July 1, 2026, to approve an extradition request based on a European arrest warrant issued by Cypriot authorities. The Lithuanian national is accused of unlawfully appropriating Greek-Cypriot property in the occupied territories of the Republic of Cyprus.
