French court rejects Cardiff City's 120 million euro lawsuit over Sala's death
A French court has rejected Cardiff City's 120 million euro damages claim in connection with the death of Argentine striker Emiliano Sala in a plane crash in 2019. The Welsh club had demanded compensation from its former club Nantes in 2023, alleging negligence that led to the 28-year-old's death.
