Gas cylinder bomb attacks on Nea Dimokratia politicians in Thessaloniki
In the early morning hours of Wednesday, several attacks using improvised incendiary devices made from gas cylinders were carried out in Thessaloniki, directed against residential entrances of current or former members of the ruling Nea Dimokratia party. Five people were injured. Greek police suspect that a single group of perpetrators is responsible for the attacks.
