Gaza: Parents urged to prohibit children from flying kites
Parents in the Gaza Strip were instructed to prevent their children from flying kites after Israel threatened a harsh response to the Hamas militia. The Hamas tactic of sending burning kites across the border is to be prevented. Local committees, consisting of representatives from non-governmental organizations and charities operating in displaced persons camps and shelters in the Gaza Strip, issued the warning.
