George Karatzias Returns as CySEC Chairman
George Karatzias becomes new chairman of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), returning to the financial regulator which he left over two years ago to move to the Central Bank of Cyprus. He succeeds George Theocharides, who has led the securities authority since September 2021.
