German arrested for multiple sexual crimes
The Berlin State Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against a 68-year-old man for at least 22 rapes against 14 women. The suspect allegedly drugged the victims before committing the crimes and filmed them. Additional charges were filed for serious assault and illegal recordings.
