German Real Estate Agent Held in Custody over Property Appropriation
The Court of Appeal rejected on Monday a motion by a German real estate agent accused of appropriating Greek-Cypriot properties in the north. The court unanimously confirmed that the detention is justified and that there are no grounds for lifting the detention order. The woman remains in custody.
