Germany Invests 5 Billion Euros in Industrial CO2 Reduction
Germany is providing up to 5 billion euros this year to support large industrial plants in switching to clean technologies and reducing CO2 emissions. The financing is provided through 15-year carbon contracts for difference (CCfDs), which cover the additional costs of the green transition.
