GESY Doctors Fined for Incomplete Patient Documentation
The Health Insurance Organization (HIO) fined two specialists in June for maintaining incomplete clinical records and insufficient documentation of their medical activities. One orthopedic surgeon wrote only a single word in the relevant fields in order to fulfill the system requirement.
