GESY: New Category for Multiple Sclerosis Patients
Cyprus has introduced a new category in the health insurance system GESY for patients with multiple sclerosis, effective since March 27. Affected patients can now consult neurologists directly without a referral, provided the diagnosis has been confirmed by a specialist. This change aims to improve access to specialists for chronically ill patients.
