Globalwealth Shares Approved on Cyprus Stock Exchange
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) approved the admission of 3,621,164 shares of Globalwealth Group PLC for trading effective August 7, 2026. The shares with a nominal value of 0.001 euros each were issued through a private placement to interested investors. This marks a new listing for the company.
