Government supports EU protection seal for Cypriot products
The Cypriot Ministry of Agriculture under Christos Senekis is intensifying efforts to ensure that more domestic products receive European geographical indication (PDO - Protected Designation of Origin or PGI - Protected Geographical Indication). The minister announced at the first Centennial Olives Festival in Sylikou that corresponding measures to support this goal will be announced shortly.
