Grand Sea Junction Could Cost Significantly More Than Expected
The Finance Minister stated that the Grand Sea Junction could cost considerably more than the assumed 1.9 billion euros and also questioned whether the project will achieve the promised electricity cost reductions. The current cost estimate of 1.9 billion euros could be revised upward.
