Greece: Private Deposits Rise by 5.31 Billion Euros
Private bank deposits in Greece increased by 5.31 billion euros in May 2026, following a decline of 66 million euros in April. The Bank of Greece also recorded an increase in the annual growth rate of total financing and signals an improvement in economic liquidity.
