Greece's Tourism Revenues Rise Sharply in First Half of Year
The Bank of Greece reported a 14.8 percent increase in travel revenues in the first half of 2026, equivalent to approximately 8.8 billion euros compared to 7.66 billion euros in the previous year. In June alone, monthly tourism revenues increased by 1.2 percent to 3.48 billion euros.
