Greek Frigate Replaces Elli in Cyprus
The Greek Navy frigate Nikiforos Fokas has replaced the Elli, which had been deployed for nearly 100 days as part of Greece's contribution to Cyprus's defense. The ship is equipped with modern military technology and follows other frigates such as Kimon, Psara and Elli as part of the ongoing defense mission. Defence Ministry spokesman Christos Pieris confirmed the transition.
