Greek IRIS payment system enables European transfers
Greece's IRIS payment system has been expanded and enables instant transfers via the European Payments Alliance (EuroPA) to selected countries in Europe starting at the end of June. Users can transfer money using their mobile phone number. In the first phase, IRIS connects Greece with equivalent payment systems in Spain and Portugal.
