Greek shipowners drive shipbuilding wave with 106 orders
Greek shipowners are dominating global shipbuilding expansion in the first quarter of 2026 and have dramatically increased their investment activity. According to a report by ship broker Xclusiv Shipbrokers, Greek companies tripled their orders within one year from 33 ships in Q1 2025 to 102 in Q1 2026.
