GyeSY Imposes Fines on Doctors for Incomplete Patient Records
Cyprus's health service GyeSY imposed fines in June against two specialist physicians who maintained insufficient clinical documentation. An orthopedist particularly failed to document his medical procedures adequately, entering only individual words into the system, which has serious implications for patient safety.
