Hamas Terrorism Suspect Remains in Custody - Court Overturns Release
The Cypriot appeals court has decided to keep a 54-year-old Palestinian in detention, reversing an earlier conditional release. The man is one of three suspects facing 11 serious charges, including allegations of terrorism conspiracy with Hamas in connection with alleged plans against Israeli interests in Cyprus. The next court hearing is scheduled for August 6.
