Hantavirus case in South Africa: Over 80 flight passengers under observation
A 69-year-old Dutch woman who was evacuated from the cruise ship MV Hondius has died from hantavirus in Johannesburg. South African authorities are currently searching for over 80 passengers from the aircraft in which the infected woman was aboard to rule out possible virus transmission. The World Health Organization confirmed the case.
