Health Ministry: No Plague Risk for Cyprus
The Cypriot Health Ministry assured that it is closely monitoring the situation regarding a plague case in Russia. According to Christos Charalambous, head of the epidemiological surveillance and infection control department, there is no reason for concern. The case involves a Russian research institute and poses no threat to Cyprus.
