Heart Disease Main Cause of Death in Cyprus According to Health Minister
Health Minister Neophytos Charalambides stated at a conference that heart disease is the main cause of death in Cyprus. Although cases of heart disease have significantly declined, they still account for the largest proportion of causes of death. The minister emphasized the continuing importance of cardiovascular health.
