HIO Introduces OTP Authentication for GESY Customer Service
Cyprus's health insurance organization (HIO) will implement a new procedure for telephone communication with GESY customer service starting in September 2026. For inquiries concerning personal data, one-time password authentication (OTP) will be used, transmitted via telephone or other channels.
