Historic Orthodox Church in Turkey converted to library
The Agios Nikolaos Church in Adana, Turkey, also known as the Adana Greek Orthodox Church, has been converted into a public library. The structure, built in 1845, was originally constructed by the local Greek Orthodox community following the Tanzimat Edict, which granted religious freedom to non-Muslim minorities in the Ottoman Empire.
