Hit-and-Run in Protaras Following Bollard Collision
A vehicle driver in Protaras collided with newly installed protective bollards on the sidewalk and fled the accident scene. The Paralimni-Deryneia municipality stated that the driver was identified and reported to police. The posts had recently been installed to protect pedestrians and prevent unauthorized vehicle access.
