Hotel in Protaras Evacuated After Washing Machine Fire
A hotel in Protaras was evacuated late Thursday evening after a fire broke out in a washing machine in the basement laundry area. The fire brigade was alerted at 22:21 and dispatched two fire trucks from the Famagusta fire station to the scene. The fire was quickly brought under control.
