House Prices in Cyprus Rise by 7.9 Percent
Real estate prices in Cyprus rose significantly more sharply in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the previous year, according to preliminary data from the Cypriot Statistical Office (Cystat). The House Price Index reached 105.46 points in the second quarter and recorded both an increase compared to the previous quarter as well as strong annual growth.
