Housing construction: New houses alone do not solve housing crisis
According to real estate experts and relevant authorities, while increasing the available housing stock is an important component in solving the housing crisis, it is not sufficient on its own. By increasing supply, demand could be balanced and prices lowered for both purchases and rentals, but additional measures are required.
