Housing project ADONIS III in Polemitia enters implementation phase
The residential construction project ADONIS III in Polemitia is entering the implementation phase after contracts were signed on April 3, 2026 between the Cypriot Land Development Corporation (KOAG) and construction company A. Aristotelou Construction Ltd. The project comprises 29 semi-detached three-bedroom houses on Kandaras Street and is part of an affordable housing program.
