Houthis Strengthen Militarily and Reinforce Iran's Position in Yemen
The Houthis have brought large parts of Yemen under their control within days, thereby strengthening Iran's political and military leverage against the USA and Saudi Arabia. However, this military success may endanger the local legitimacy of the rebel group in Yemen itself.
