HR professional associations demand greater role in Cyprus labor market policy
The Cypriot Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA) is demanding more influence on shaping Cyprus's labor market policy. The association has begun talks with the government and two major business organizations of Cyprus to address challenges of changing work structures, personnel development, and artificial intelligence in the workplace. The initiative aims to integrate HR professionals more strongly into policy decisions.
