Human rights commissioner calls for end to institutionalization of people with disabilities
The Cypriot human rights commissioner calls for in a report the immediate relocation of people with cognitive impairments from nursing homes and the end of their institutionalization. The report is based on unannounced inspections of two nursing homes in Limassol and Paphos in September and October.
