IMF warns of energy crisis: Dozens of countries seek financial aid
The International Monetary Fund expects that at least a dozen countries will apply for new credit programs to cope with rising energy prices and supply chain disruptions caused by the Middle East conflict. IMF Director Kristalina Georgieva warns of the economic consequences for numerous states, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa.
