Inadequate Conditions Uncovered in Limassol Prison Cells
A new report by the National Prevention Mechanism reveals alarming conditions in Limassol police detention facilities: 58 detainees in a facility with capacity for 34 people, people sleeping on mattresses on the floor, and significant deficiencies in hygiene and infrastructure. This was brought to light through complaints by a 44-year-old Azerbaijani accused of alleged espionage.
