Indian Investor Regains Cypriot Citizenship
A court ruled that the cabinet government acted wrongfully when it revoked the citizenship of Indian investor Anubhav Aggarwal. Aggarwal obtained a Cypriot passport in 2016 through the now-expired investment program, and his citizenship was revoked in 2021 based on an investigation report. The court has now found this decision to be flawed.
